Extorias extracted all "new" art (and names) from the Warlords universe. I have a big file with all of those, yet to be sorted, resized and applied to TPC (except the hero items, those are already in). The pic linked by zeto was included. If you want, I can share it with you.

Sounds good Smile. At some point I will go through the original artist's work for the game and see if I can get some more hero portraits, particularly for the Minotaurs, Ssrathi, Swarm and Daemons.

I am impressed… Besides amazing portraits there are so many possibilities: Lots of “room” terrain and new Units (I guess some attacking frames are missing, but anyway: good work!)

Maybe, could also inflict Disease I suppose or maybe just corroding the armour is enough cyclops.

Currently have Halcyon and Umbral Phoenixes in game but having trouble with the wisp bodies scratch. I'll take another look into that at some point. I will also supply greenish-brown Flamers which use the green breath attack too (will need to inflict Disease at some point).

Well, source-code wise I have enough updates to make a new launch so let me know if I can help you with the balancing. Also, as I stated before, I do hope that someone is holding a changelog of all the tweaks. Not including them in the global changelog would be a shame.

I had a look at the bunch of wallpapers and such and ended up with about 10 new hero portraits. All added in 0.8.5.

Awesome! I also see the Daemonslayer class has been done up. Very Happy

I've got past the Wisp body problem and now have these done:
Lodestar Wisp
Will O Wisp
Halcyon Phoenix
Umbral Phoenix
New greenish-yellow look for the Flamer

I will also work on including a couple of new Ancient Wisps for the Wood Elves and High Elves (the Dark Elf Ancient Wisp is using the standard red Ancient Wisp body) and if I can, the mini celestial dragon for the High Elves. The stuff that won't be included in 0.8.5:
Golden Dragon
Night Dragon (no idea if this is done or not, or whether to include it until the Golden Dragon is done)
Horse
Baby Scarab
Baby Scorpion
Swarm Spider(s)
Gazer tweaked into the Spitter (when or if there will be an Acid damage type, or maybe it can deal Magic damage?)
