This MF (there is no other name for it) comes with wbc3. And I’m not sure if you can break it. I hope so, so I’ll post it here: After a while (epic/large battles) AI dwarf builds and you can’t destroy their buildings nor their builder (eagles too) at least “psychically” (the only way is to cast Mutate). You play, let’s say, a hour and half and then: NOT AGAIN MAN (originally in Portuguese, with lot of curses)!

Single. Try to play with orcs vs 3 prince AI dwarfs alliance. my hero is level 20's, so I am allways on defense mode. they build like hell, but when you start overcoming them, ZAS! the little crazy bug!

I think I've had this as well but in the earlier 0.8.4 build. I haven't seen this in vanilla though. Dwarf Buildings seem to become different entities - you can't target them, you can't select them, the cursor doesn't register that they're there and the AI sits on the threshold of their auto-attack radius. I don't know whether they're even damageable or not via AOE spells or attacks.
